Tunneling and Tunnel Boring Machines

Who can attend

Graduate MSc in Engineering and Geology, Company and Public Administration Employees involved in tunnelling design and management of job sites.

A maximum number of 20 participants is foreseen.

Professionals interested in specializing competences in this field can subscribe to single training modules (see Application to single training modules).

In the two previous editions of the Post Graduate Master Course participants came from the following Countries: Italy, Korea, Vietnam, Iran, Greece, U.K., Venezuela, Romania, India, China, U.S.A., Coast Rica, Portugal.

SELECTION

The selection of the students is based on the curricula. Selection will be made by Selection Committee composed by Prof. Daniele Peila, by Prof. Sebastiano Pelizza and by a Corep responsible.

N.15 places will be reserved to NOT Italian students candidates until the 2nd of October 2009; those that won't be covered will be then available to Italian participants.

The enrolment of NOT Italian students are evaluated on arrival. Admission will be communicate to candidates within 10 working days from the date of arrival of the application and up to the available places. A final ranking list for foreign students will be on line by the 15th of October 2009.

In case of admission to the Course, NOT Italian candidates will have to confirm their participation by the 19th of October 2009 (see Application).

We highlight that the two scholarships of 2000 euro for foreign students are awarded to the best candidates of the final ranking below written.

At the end of Selection of Italian candidates a final ranking list (for italian students) will be made on line by the 26th October 2009. Admitted candidates will have to confirm their participation by the 30th of October 2009.

If some Italian Admitted candidates will refuse to participate to the Course, the COREP Secretary's Office will contact the " admitted conditionally " italian candidates following the final ranking table by the midday of the 30th of October 2009.

All Admitted candidates (Italian and Foreign) after confirming their partecipation they must pay the first installment payment by the 3th of November 2009.
