Programme

The Post-Graduate Master Course on "Tunnelling and Tunnel Boring Machines" will be held from November 2009 to October 2010


It involves 484 hours of face-to-face lessons and classroom exercises, 2 months of stage in a tunnel construction site or in a tunnelling design company and a thesis work. 


The course is worth a total of 60 European Credits Transfer System (ECTS) academic credits, corresponding to:


  • Lectures and exercises: 45 ECTS (See table below)

  • Technical visits: 1 ECTS

  • Stage: 7 ECTS

  • Final thesis: 7 ECTS


  • The course attendance implies full time engagement from Monday to Friday (6/8 hours a day).


    The official language of the course is English.
